February


Not my best month. I actually did loose about 4lbs, but ended it up gaining it back when I got sick for about 10 days. I don't eat very well when I'm sick and it caught up with me. Not the month I was planning to have. I'm letting go of February a week early and am adjusting the rest of my month goals to compensate. I'm not quiting, and being flexible! :)
